Bio:

Robert Lanz is a 35-year veteran in accounting and financial management, has been a business advisory, audit, and SEC reviewing partner in the Silicon Valley offices of KPMG International and BDO Seidman. He has also served as chief financial officer of public and private companies, including a successful IPO.

He has worked extensively with Asian and other international companies. He is very active in professional and community activities, including the Association for Corporate Growth and Ballet San Jose Silicon Valley, and has co-chaired the Annual High Technology Industry Conference for the California CPA Education Foundation.

In addition to valuation related services, Lanz will advise clients on financial management, IPO preparation and transition, GAAP application, financing alternatives, audit committee concerns, mergers and acquisitions, startup matters, and access to the U.S. market for Asian and international clients.
